Sandhana Yoga Choornam
– Helps to heal broken and fractured bones.
– Good for bone fractures due to lack of density (osteoporosis), pain in the lower back, upper back, joints and muscles.

Twice a day – one hour before food – morning and evening Take 1/4 teaspoon of powder added to boiled and cooled milk. Sugar or jaggery can be added, if non-diabetic.
